"We did fairly extensive renovations to our house and used Ferguson for just about every fixture in our kitchen and bathrooms, among other places. Would have given five stars except for their very slow followup on a defective product situation. Still, they came through in the end."

"We had a great experience working with the Manager Gina and at the staff at Ferguson Southampton. The manager and staff have a common goal to forcus on customer relations and customer satisfaction. The showroom has state-of-the-art selections like no other. We highly recommend visiting the Southampton showroom you will happy you did!!"

"My husband and I were shocked today when we visited the Blackman/Ferguson showroom in Southampton. We were looking to buy several items and couldn't get anyone to wait on us and when we finally did get a "salesperson" he was rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. It seems that only if you have a big project then they may be interested. The man with the bun was annoyed when we asked questions about the items and suggested actually that he was too busy to deal with my questions. Another woman helped only because we were persistent but indicated that she was busy and not a sales person. She also told us that we needed to set up a meeting with the receptionist who was the only polite and friendly person in the place. Perhaps they should have a number system like in the post office!! Later today in another store where we ended up buying what we needed, they told us that they had also heard of the rude sales staff at Blackman's. A pity because the showroom carries lovely items but it's not worth going there."

"What a great experience at Blackman with their sales associate, Gina Hickey! She was positively wonderful in helping us with our Guest Bathroom renovation. We walked in with a general idea of what we wanted. Her vast knowledge of products, as well as her patience and style, assisted us in refining what we wanted to achieve! "We are redoing our bathroom and were planning to buy the shower head, faucet, and shower doors either online or home depot since we were on a tight timeline. We decided to stop here on our way back from the tile store. This place is very busy but eventually we got with Ben who was awesome!! He educated us on everything pretty quickly and clearly. Definitely would not have been able to navigate all the pieces we needed (valve, drain etc) on our own. We were limited to stock options since our demo starts in 2 days. He mixed and matched to get us everything we needed -- super quick and tried to save us money by swapping out certain pieces. Definitely go to ben if you come to this place. We are never going to home Depot for anything plumbing related again!"
