"2024-08-03: I have never been to this office. I enjoy reading people's reviews, and I have 5241 contributions, made 491 reviews, and added 4145 photos. I have over 5.5 million views. My reviews are no longer showing up for others to view. I have messaged the help center numerous times about the problem. The ONLY response I got back was telling me that my contributions have a lot of views. I already knew that! No help with my issue! I have tried to log out and log back in. I have tried to upgrade. I can view my posts on my computer. I can see my posts on my phone, though most photos are now showing "upload pending". I am really disappointed with Google Maps help center."

"I would like to bring to your attention my recent experience at the store. Taz provided exceptional assistance in helping me transition from an iPhone to a Google Pixel. She was very knowledgeable and made the transfer process seamless. Additionally, she assisted me in selecting a case for the phone, which was greatly appreciated. However, I observed a staff member frequently hovering around us from time to time, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Although I do not know his name, I felt it was important to mention this as it had an impact on how felt about being in the store. But thank Taz for your excellent services. I will be back soon"

"Absolutely wonderful. I may be in a minority here, I love pixel devices, they are easy to use come with loads of beniefts, so when I went to this store to get a new phone my love for google strengthened. First the employees they were wonderful kind and helped me to choose the best Pixel 8 model for me. I also picked up some google buds and google accessories, and the store has so many cool features where you can get to try out stuff, really cool would come again but I can’t since im leaving for my home Saudi Arabia but this will be the first place I go when I come back to the US!"
