"I don’t know why I expected to be treated like a number, or for their employees to be cold and disengaging. I guess that’s how I’ve always imagined an Apple Store experience to be? But it wasn’t. Everyone I encountered at this store - the Greeters, the Techs….the people who checked me in were so helpful and accommodating. I didn’t have an appointment and I still didn’t have to wait that long. Thank you for completely disintegrating my misconceptions of what I thought Apple Store life was like - and thank you for a super pleasant experience. :)"
"Hey, just a heads up, I wouldn't recommend going to this Apple Store for the genius bar or the Apple Store in New York City. Their customer service is not the greatest, to be honest. So, this is my second attempt to come here and get my battery replaced. It's currently at 79%, and the guy there tells me to come back in five days and they'll have the battery in stock. Can you believe it? I really needed it for this weekend, and now I have to wait. They couldn't do anything for me because I didn't know my Apple ID password, which they failed to mention last time. I had to make the whole journey here for nothing. So frustrating, right? And now he tells me to come back in five days and they'll have the battery. It's just a bit of a joke, considering I needed it urgently for the weekend."
"Great location, super friendly staff, and a stellar building, layout! The skylight and stairs in the center of this location brighten up the entire store. It is a very busy help desk, so be sure you schedule ahead of time or else you won’t be able to Get your questions answered."
