"Sells locked and broken phones with missing parts and refuses to do anything about it. They pretend on these reviews that they aren’t the same company ripping people off on backmarket and other online vendors and cry about how it affects their business, but their address on here matches the return address of the locked and broken phone I received on backmarket, so they are obviously lying. They sell the broken and stolen ones through the internet and the few that work through their retail store. Absolutely despicable, would stay far away from these people."

"I ordered a Iphone X from here through Back Market about a month ago and i’ve have nothing but issues ever since. The phone is now stuck in a reboot loop but won’t fully turn on. I’ve went through Back Market to get in touch with the seller to try and use the “warranty” that apparently comes with the phone or return the phone for a refund altogether and I still have yet to receive a response. These guys are janky and scam artist. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
