"My wife bought a pair of Sony 1000XM5 headphones (new) from Amazon. The package that arrived was Sony 1000XM5, but inside was an off brand carrying case and pair of UGreen headphones. Apparently UGreen is a cheap Walmart pair. Completely flabbergasted that they tried to pull the wool over on our eyes with this. Someone clearly tampered. Now, they are refusing the return as it is a different item than she paid for (despite the wrong item coming to her in the first place!) Abominable customer service. What a racket. Waste of time and I cannot advise AGAINST this company enough."

"I got really unlucky by ordering an Apple Watch from Amazon that came from this place…. They sent me a used item that was not described as such. The bracelet was dirty, the box broken and the watch already worn. I returned it the same day. The return request was accepted so I was hopeful everything would go smooth. I was very wrong. One week later, they received the package (I have the UPS prof of delivery) and they still didn’t acknowledged it and even less issued the refund. I tried to reach out through Amazon and call them. Impossible. So I have to dispute the charge. Believe the other comments when they say don’t order from here. Terrible experience. And I’m sure they’re gonna come up with another crazy comment on this review saying it’s not their fault… Seems like it’s never their fault besides the customer’s Avoid at all costs. Edit after their answer: No, the item was not marked as box opened, and in any case it’s not the same as used. I did get a full refund from them AFTER I had to post this review online. I got my money back but I had to: put a nasty review online, raise the pb through Amazon and my credit card company. Added 1 star because I did get it. But it wasn’t a smooth process"

"The perfect IPad from DataVison Computer Video. I purchased this IPad being on Amazon being speculative. The IPad arrived perfect, on time and very fast. The box was in perfect condition. Upon opening, everything was intact as it should be. I immediately charged to a full battery and then proceeded to update and input all information needed to operate. The IPad is perfect, no complaints. I highly recommend DataVision Computer Video."

"Found the Sonos Arc and Subwoofer on Datavision for over $400 less than anyone else had it offered for. Best Buy was unwilling to price match so I ordered from Datavision. Shipping and tracking was provided immediately and the units arrived several days later. The brand new units arrived packed well and did not dissappoint. Datavision made a customer for life! The Sonos equipment sounds fantastic as well!"
