"i went to replace my iphone 6s plus battery and it worked for only a day until my device kept restarting while charging and my battery began to drain, i believe they put a faulty battery in my phone , im going back monday to see if they can exchange it to fix it since they dont give refunds. i wont be doing service here again if they give me problems"

"I would never give or suggest any one to buy on this called store is a fraudulent place where they can take your money without you giving consent how it works if it happen that you buy something check what you sing and even so i would trust it they add what ever they want into the received and charge for it. then you have to dispute with your bank in another note this business licensed is expired 12/31/2016 . they run business with a expired licensed which is a violation under the DCA. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE AND WORSE IS THAT THEY ARE HISPANIC AND WITH THEIR OWN PEOPLE THEY ARE DOING THIS BECAUSE POOR THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHATS THE RIGHT FOR THEM AS CUSTOMERS MAKE YOU COMPLAINT AT DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS OR BY CALLING 311 PLEASE HELP PEOPLE WHO ARE BEING ABUSE FROM THIS BUSINESS IS AN ABUSE FROM THIS BUSINESS TO THE CUSTOMERS IT HAPPEN TO MY FATHER THEY SOLD A REPLICA OF AN IPHONE. WHEN HE WANTED AN IPHONE AND THEY CHARGE HIM MORE THAN $900 FOR A PHONE THAT IS NOT AN IPHONE .."
