"I've sent a few amps into Fuchs and was always left happy with the results. Recently, I sent them the "Champ from hell", which was ultimately tracked down to being an intermittently faulty volume pot. Andy and his team were super communicative and he got the amp working again. Months later, it's still running like a Champ. On a few occasions, my amps were ready for pickup within 2-3 days, but obviously that seems to vary based on how busy they are. Always quality repairs at Fuchs!"
"All went well. I dropped off a beloved amp that had smoked upon turning it on. Andy worked on it himself and I am very pleased with his work. He replaced several parts, including caps and resistors, and the amp now works perfectly. His staff was friendly, answered all my questions and were very helpful. "Fantastic! I can't recommend FUCHS AUDIO TECHNOLOGY highly enough! Andy Fuchs and his team are on point! Great customer experience from start to finish. I dropped my Princeton Reverb Limited Edition off on a Friday afternoon and it was done by the following Monday. The repair wasn't just a tube replacement but a deeper problem all together. When I originally contacted the team, I explained the issue and if at all possible to get the job done by the following Friday because I had a gig. When I dropped the amp off, I was assured that the amp should be done in time for my gig, that message was then confirmed later in the day via email, Monday I got the call to pick it up, and could not be happier! Andy came out himself to go over the repairs and personally tested the amp out for the QA side of things. I clearly understand why Fuchs Audio has the great reputation it does.
