"Buyer beware. Sooo many defects, stove ignightors, oven with +/- 100° from your temp setting, intense heat blistered kickplate paint. Customer service has excuses for everything but no resolution."

"Worst purchase ever. They sent a damaged range but I didn't realize it within the return window, as I purchased it in the summer. When I turned the oven on in the fall, it heated to 900+ degrees and the outer door and top edge of the stove was scalding hot. Jumped through multiple hoops to get a technician out, who said the unit had been dropped and the thermometer was shattered and disconnected from the range. Also the front foot was crushed but unseen behind the kick plate. Kucht should have replaced it at that point, if they were a decent company, but they didn't and I didn't have any more time to pursue it, being a productive member of society who contributes in meaningful ways and doesn't shaft people with garbage products. Anyway, it has never worked right but I've lived with it, and then the night before Thanksgiving, the oven went out completely. I'm not interested in jumping through their hoops and taking time off work to end up with a refurbished unit that still doesn't work right, when I paid full price with the understanding that I would get a brand-new, high quality oven. It sustained multiple damages and cannot be repaired, and the technician that they sent to my house can attest to that. But they refuse to make it right and have defrauded me of the $3K that I paid for this non-functional hunk of scrap metal that's sitting in my kitchen. I am not made of money and only spent that much because the space that my old 1970's era stove took up in my kitchen is extra-wide, and none of the reputable brands make a stove that wide for the price. Take your money and RUN the other way with it. Check out the BBB for multiple testimonials like mine."

"Disappointing first customer experience with Kucht brand. Recently I purchased new appliances for my new home at Lowe’s. All appliances were delivered and installed successfully, except for the Kucht Professional stove. First the stove was supposed to be delivered on Monday but it was sent to wrong place and it arrived three days later. The stove was left at my front door as Kucht won’t deliver appliances inside your home… or at least a different delivery option was not presented to me. They call curve side delivery. For a $3,500.00 piece of equipment, you’ll think a better customer experience should be associate with the Kucht Brand. I called a couple times their customer line number to give them the opportunity to rectify the situation, but they apologize and assured me there’s nothing they can do to. Friendly representatives but failed to solve the issue at hand. They could have offered a new delivery/installation even if they charged for it OR something to ensure the Kucht name was held up high… nothing. While the stove is beautiful, it defeats the purpose when is sitting outside of your home. Kucht could really learn a thing or two on customer service experience from Bosh and Samsung."

"I love my new blue gas range!!! When we bought the gas range, we received a call from Kucht to verify our purchase and address. The following week we received the gas range perfectly and installed it. After a few weeks of using the range, we ran into some problems...we immediately called Kucht. The guys were amazing! They sent the parts we needed and guided us to replace them. They also offered to send an in-house technician. I have to say the product has a professional finish that makes my kitchen look awesome! And their Customer Support is great!"
