"- I came in with a keyboard problem for my laptop - The staff was friendly and when their first repair of my computer created new problems. They were more than happy to take it back and do it again for no extra charge - The laptop is apparently known to be a difficult repair - They took my computer in for repairs twice over a total of 7 business days and both times the laptop came back with the same problems, which are equally annoying to the problem I came in with - I'm not in the area anymore so no more chance to take it back, and the technician I spoke with throughout the process was not present on my final visit to discuss the fact that the second repair did not improve anything - Bottom line: I give them the benefit of the doubt because the computer is maybe difficult and they were nice, but at the end of the day my computer is not any more functional than before. I will not be going back."

"Ive never needed to use a computer service to fix a problem I was having but decided to try this place to help with what I thought was a virus on my computer. The staff was extremely nice and knowledgeable. As soon as I described what I was seeing, he told me there was a crack in my screen without even looking at it. Then he opened it up and quickly found it and showed. me. I literally had NO IDEA there was a crack since I hadnt ever dropped my computer. The only conclusion I came up with is it had to have happened in my trunk while traveling. I left my computer with them for an hour to see if they can catch the issue happening and they did. When we got back they discussed my options and gave me some great advice on what to do. The pricing was reasonable and I will definitely go back to them anytime Im in town and need my computer looked at again."

I brought my laptop to them completely dead, I thought my life was over... 2 days later I had my machine back and running better than when it was new!!!! I would highly recommend them for any of your computer or business needs. the new employee Steven is a testament to Aaccess professionalism."
"I do NOT recommend this company for laptop repairs. They are extremely SLOW and UNORGANIZED. I brought my laptop to their store to have the DC jack repaired. I was met by their "accountant" since all the techs were out in the field. He never bothered to mention that it was a $95 fee to just look at my computer. They tried to charge me that amount but waived the fee since they failed to tell me. It took me multiple phone calls just to get an estimate on the repair price. After two weeks they called to tell me what the cost would be and that my computer would be ready by week 3. I agreed to the price and asked them to proceed with the repairs. Then they called back after 3 weeks to say it would cost even more because they needed to do additional work. At that point, I decided not to use their service since it would be cheaper to buy something new. Based upon our conversations, it seems to me that the tech did not even really check the laptop for the first 3 weeks since the price and repairs changed from what I was originally told. Like I said, SLOW and Unorganized."
