Seweryn and his team came out within a week of meeting them in their Millburn showroom and quickly provided a replacement design and estimate. They were highly knowledgeable on several key aspects (e.g., need for bi-amping my main speakers, desire for flexibility to stream, send cable, and other signals while automating the surround sound switching, etc.) and on the day of installation they took their time, staying 2 hours longer than expected to ensure everything was installed in a clean manner and operating properly."
