"Made an appointment several days in advance include the male and model of the phone for which I needed the screen replaced. The “only available screen they had in stock” was going to be $300 because no one bothered to make sure they had any less expensive options despite my having prepared them in advance. Took the phone and bailed. Total waste of time."

"Had my iPhone repaired there exactly one week ago for a cracked screen Verizon insurance claim. Very disappointing, and unprofessional people in this store. They repaired my phone wrong. My screen popped out today and week later. I called Verizon asurion and started new claim. Took it to another location and they told me that the store in Millburn didn’t correctly install my screen. My crew had cracked again due to the screws not being correctly installed. A very experienced technician told me that they installed the screen wrong and gave me a cracked screen. I wouldn’t recommend this location, especially the guy at the front seems like he don’t want to be there. Poorly ran store. They would do better if they just close up or change ownership and employees."

"I had an up and down experience at uBreakiFix. It took three visits to complete my repair. The first visit they tried their best to help me replace a cracked screen before they closed however the screen had locked itself. I can back the following day and they had powered the phone off so the hour long timer had not even started. This was frustrating but obviously an accident. While there I had them install a screen protector. I did not notice it at first but they installed it over the camera which left it blurry. Frustrated, I returned the next day once I realized. Very annoyed, I entered the store for a third time. Explained the problem, they looked up my account, checked the phone, apologized, and fixed it. Screen and screen protector working great. So although there was some unnecessary trips, I’d still say my experience was good and the customer service was excellent. If I ever needed help with my screen or screen protector I would return."

"It’s frustrating when your touchscreen phone stops working completely. They were busy but managed to squeeze me in same day. The staff have way more patience then I expected but after seeing the people on the intake line demanding instant service, I can see why. Great staff and great customer service by setting expectations immediately. I would definitely come back here again if needed."

"I filed an insurance claim and went there to get my phone fixed. The line was long going out of the store and parking in this area isn’t great, but the service is. The guy took a detailed account of issues with the phone and it was fixed in about 1.5 hours which was quicker than expected. The phone was fully functional and I even got a better screen protector. I’d recommend giving this location a try!"
