"The food is never the way I ask for it. If it wasn't open late, I'd never go there. How difficult is it to make wings crispy or to count properly? At around 1 o'clock in the morning, I approached the register to inquire about accessing the restroom facilities. Regrettably, I was met with discourteous treatment from the employee on duty, who outright denied my request despite being a paying customer and having purchased a calzone. Such conduct reflects poorly on the business's reputation and is utterly unacceptable. It is disheartening to witness employees enforcing such policies, particularly towards customers who have contributed to the establishment's revenue."
