Wendy's

"Ever since this location got new management or owners which the unhappy worker shared with me I have experienced nothing but issue. From the drive thru perspective they were often missing items (not available ) and the wait time to get thru the drive thru was always long. This is what prompted me to go inside and this is when I decided I could no longer go to this Wendy's. The worker who should have taken my order was overwhelmed and apologized he couldn't take my order yet, he was handling food with out gloves, he had trouble properly packaging items, there was food all over the floor, the women waiting for her door dash order over 10 minutes at the time warned me about the salad preparation which is the entire reason I went to Wendy's. They can't either seem to hire good employees or train them. I can't trust the sanitation of the work environment. I left without ordering after waiting to order but while I was waiting saw way to many problems I couldn't eat there. It's absolutely the worst I have seen at a restaurant."

"The girl that took my order had a nasty, bad attitude! She acted like taking people's orders was a big problem to her! It was Sunday June 2nd at about 3:50 pm. She was not helpful at all, very shirt with you and just rude! Usually I love wendys burgers and for the first time ever I had to remove a burger because they were so dry. The cheese fries were good though!"

"Absolutely ridiculous! A order for $27 for them to forget the fries! Ordered two loaded baked potatoes and instead of them crumbling the bacon they just put strips on them. Line was long and took forever to get the food. Didn’t give the receipt. And sometimes they aren’t even open when they suppose to be. Lazy as staff. Was better off driving 10 minutes out to Camillus then to go to Them. Never again! And didn’t give no forks or spoon! I’m pregnant and taking care a child with Covid & the flu! So I didn’t cook. Thanks for nothing GET IT TOGETHER Update’ just bite my double bacon cheeseburger and it’s cold as hell! I live 6 minutes away. Absolutely ridiculous I’m furious"

"The food was old and hard, I ate one burger anyway, without part of the bread. I tried to eat the fries, but they were old and hard. I ate four tenders anyway. I attempted to try a different burger but had to toss it. Now I have all of this food that I absolutely can not eat. The fries had salt on them, I looked very carefully. Only one was supposed to have salt. I tried to call Wendy's when I paid for the order to request that they absolutely make all of my food off the fryer, not already made, but they just let the phone ring. The food is disgusting!"

"This is how I received my wrap from the drive through. Both side of my wrap is broken open and they just wrapped it up and slapped it in a bag. SMH just ridiculous. Whoever made this just didn’t care at all. & I was so nice to the workers, & they were polite as well, but this is not cool."
