Transportation Plus - T-Plus Ride

"Be aware. If you are using medical rides this used to be the company but they just decided that they don't want to pick up the phone. They have also had several days in a row every couple weeks where the "system has gone down" waited 45 min for a cab that was 11 min away today. I'm not sure if it was because he was stuck in the Bermuda triangle or it was because he just had better things to do. I asked him and he literally ignored me. So that's awesome. Don't book this company go with one of the more established competitors."

"Absolute garbage service. Needed a round trip for a client this morning for an important medical appointment, and they no showed with no heads up. Every contact number listed is down so there isn't any way to contact any one today. Extremely unprofessional and recommend anyone to stay away from working with them."

"I am extremely disappointed in the performance of this medical transport company. They are the worst I have ever dealt with and I can't understand how they are still in business. My insurance booked rides for my child to go from school to therapy treatments, but the drivers consistently showed up without car seats. Despite repeated requests for them to bring car seats in the future, they continued to ignore my concerns. When I called their customer service line for assistance, I was met with unhelpful and indifferent representatives who simply told me to contact my insurance on a weekend when I explained that the insurance company was closed. The drivers were frequently late or didn't show up at all, and even when they did arrive, they still didn't have a car seat despite my previous calls. They canceled multiple times without any notice, leaving my young child waiting for over an hour without being picked up and not even bothering to inform me of the cancellation so I could arrange alternative transportation. It is clear that this company lacks professionalism and a basic level of care for their clients. All the female customer reps refused to allow me to speak to a manager. They gave me fake names and transferred me to online reporting service when I asked 3 different times to speak to a manager. I plan on starting my own business so that families in need have better options than garbage services like these."

"I was flying into MSP from DC and had arranged a TPlus pickup in advance. Arrival was on time and when I got down to baggage claim, I went out to the curb to let the driver know I was waiting for my luggage. Inside, I was told that the luggage was delayed from coming down to the baggage claim area by about 10 or 15 minutes. I went back outside to let the driver know and when I told him, he became all agitated and told me I was wasting his time. I ended up having to call my son to ask him to pick me up. I thought his behavior was discourteous and unprofessional and I am unlikely to use this service ever again."

"I prebooked a ride to and from for my elderly mom who is in memory care and needs a lift van for an important dermatology appointment. They called me 2 times in the morning to confirm the pick up and drop off time. We waited at her facility, no driver and van came. I called them when they were 15 minutes late to ask where our van and driver were and was told they had limited availability of lift vans. I asked why they did not let me know that when I called to prebook the rides. They said all they could do was update their dispatcher. I had to cancel my mom’s appointment. I would never call on them again nor recommend them to anyone needing lift van transportation!"
