"To get straight to the chase, the negatives and positives: Negatives: The call operator has scheduled and told me my ride would be at my location at a certain time, and they legit NEVER showed up and I was stranded at night. This happened 2/5 times I used the service. - the operator doesn’t answer the phone whatsoever half the time I call. I’ll wait 15 min, no pick up. Positives: I’ve met some REALLY cool cab drivers who have GREAT customer service and even arrive sooner than estimated ( I like that ). It’s legit not the cab drivers that’s the problem. It’s the person scheduling the rides ( from my experience )"

"Called at 3pm for a driver to meet me at 4pm for work. Driver was an hour late. They couldn't call ahead and say someone was running late? Never using them again."

"My husband needed to be picked up at United Hospital. I had not used a cab service for over 30 year so I called prior to my husband being ready to find out if anything changed over the years. The dispatcher was so accommodating and nice. When it was time to call and have him picked up, he had the taxi there immediately. The driver was wonderful. The whole experience was very nice considering the pressure my husband and I were under. Thank you so much!"

"Tonight is the 2nd time that I have received poor services from this company. I set up services online at 1:08 am for the following: Pick-up for my fiancee at 1:15 am in mpls and drop off to New Hope. I called at 2:34 am and they still don't have any cabs in mpls...so they say. I asked for what if I wanted a refund and cancel ride? She said talk to the company in the am to put back on card."

"Better business bureau will be called, my daughter ride to work has failed because they can't get her. Six in morning they've asked her to Walk to met them. The latest one, a mile to get to where they are She might as well walk the two miles to work. What happens they can't do the directions, the we not take card payment, which she needs for taxes. this is going on for a while. LOUSY SERVICE NOT POLITE minus stars"
