"I'm not a person who complains but when I went there for an ice cream sundae and they didn't have any toppings and gave me a bowl of ice cream and said it was a sundae , I'll never go back"

"Good selection of your typical items you find at your convenient store plus very good sandwiches and pizza. And the parking lot and building condition is in overall good condition. Please note that going here during the weekday the customer service from the young kids working there is questionable. They rather chit-chat with each other than promptly serving the customers waiting in line. And for no reason one if the workers was condescending and disrespectful to me during my check out process. Same experience happend at the 491 Electronics Pkwy store location. I think I'll stick with Speedway stores since I usually get better customer service there."
"Best experience! I have always had issues with other places when trying to place large food orders for my kids’ birthday parties. I only chose Byrne Dairy because it was close to my venue. I was very anxious about what problems would arise per my past troubles. Everything was perfect. Food was ready on time exactly as I ordered it. It was such a relief and made the day so much easier to enjoy."
