Dunkin' 4886 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215

"What a sad excuse for an establishment. Places like this give Dunkin a terrible name. My work van is 10' tall therefore I can NEVER utilize a drive-thru. This is the SIXTH weekday in a row I've attempted to walk into the lobby. I generally hit Dunkin as my morning run between 6am-7am. I've knocked on the window today and for ONCE the lady behind the counter actually looked my way (by accident I presume) and she rolled her eyes and waved me on. WAVED ME ON?! I've also experienced just about everything on the "bad review" side of this place. Multiple times I've been hit with the "we aren't taking anymore orders" or "we don't have this or this or this or this" or "we aren't taking cash rn." Absolutely ridiculous of a franchise. I've reported them to corporate several times, I hope they begin to take this lack of customer service seriously."

"I've been to this location ten times in the past six months, ( not back to back weeks in between) and their latte machine is always broken. Just get a new one. I don't understand how it's always broken. This is the one that is closest to me and it's so inconvenient when this happens. I don't understand and then you have the poor people who work there getting yelled at outside it's not fair to them, it's ridiculous. Corporate needs to get their stuff together."

"This was me giving this location a last chance, because anytime I go here, they can never complete my order. No matter the time of day or what I order, they can never seem to fulfill the request. I stopped going here for months because of their poor service. Tried them again today and got the same result. I won’t be going here anymore."

"I am not normally one to write reviews or complain but after being yelled at by a worker for pulling up to the drive thru I'm a little bit upset. I went to this dunkin on 7/21/2024 at around 9:30 am and when I got to the speaker to order, the worker cut me off after I greeted her and said "We aint taking anymore orders." I then said, "Do you know by any chance how long it might be?". The worker lashed out and said, "There are only 3 of us working and we have too many mobile orders.". I then replied, "I understand.". I honestly did not mind waiting a few minutes at the speaker, so I was sitting there and the worker literally then told me "You gonna have to leave because I need to tell the people behind you we ain't taking anymore orders." I just said alrighty then and proceeded to the next closest dunkin in Fairmount. I wasn't even going to bother going inside because I can only imagine how I would've been treated. In my opinion the whole interaction was completely uncalled for and insanely unprofessional. I honestly didnt mind even waiting, but the fact the worker was rude from the start just gave me the wrong feeling. I didn't even want to bother asking for a manager because I couldnt even imagine how that would've gone seeing as this is a common occurance and multiple other people left the drive thru before and after me pretty upset. Ive been to this Dunkin a couple times and this is the first I've ever been yelled at for trying to place an order. I understand it gets busy, and companies have hard times finding workers, but that didnt seem like the best interaction from a worker to a customer. I will note, this Dunkin was recently remodeled and looks great on the inside, however there is a constant issue where something is broken and they can't make half the menu. Hopefully that is just a short-term issue, but seeing the other reviews, I'm not too confident in this establishment or its workers. That being said, I'm sure there are some great people who work here, but if any workers or management happen to read this, please don't treat others that way."

"Went inside to order and was scolded by the person working drive through that there was only 2 people and I was going to have to be patient. I was shocked as I didn’t say a word to anyone I was still looking at menu. The person working the counter then said “ I’ve had enough of this shi#. “ said she was walking out. Still I said nothing. The drive through person came back to counter by this time a couple had walked in, and YELLED at us that if we where not here to pick up an order that we needed to leave and use drive through. We just looked at each other and left. Will never go back there again"
