"I don't know how I should feel about this place. He fixed up the computer the first time round when I was facing black screen of death... After I received my PC back I was forced to take it back to him because somewhere along the lines of him "fixing " it he removed my windows activation. Now for about 3 weeks he's held onto my PC for me in hopes that he could get it back to the way I gave it to him. Hopefully there's someone else that can help in the buffalo area."

"100% recommended. I found Computer Depot by googling computer help near me. I left messages for a few of the other google business options, who either never got back to me or told me the computer was too old it couldn’t be done. But Mark, from Computer Depot got back to me literally as soon as I finished leaving the message. His business should be listed first on google. I had a critical situation—my father has Alzheimer’s, and his Windows XP computer broke. The family genealogy, files, pictures, finance spreadsheets, etc on that computer were really the only link we had to that info. I brought in a new computer from Best Buy, along with the old broken one, and Mark was able to recover all the data and put it on the new computer. He also mirrored the new computer to look like the one my dad was using to make less change for him in his condition, including the background set up and internet favorites. Mark gave frequent updates, finished the project quickly, and had great price. He even checked in after I took the computer back to my dad. It was a true pleasure working with him."
