"Went here for a late lunch with the wife and where greeted Abby, she was very sincere and sociable and helped us with our order. You don’t meet people like her every day, definitely deserves a pay increase or put into a higher position."

"The review options for Google can use an update, missing alot of fields. The Chic Fil A in Warners, the ridiculous wait time is what kills the experience. Over 25 minutes this time. At any chicken spot that is unheard of. By the time I got my food the ice in the drinks was pretty much gone. For that kind of wait, that is a mistake. The food should have minimally been discounted. The new rest stop is an awful setup. NYS struck out with this design. Not enough seating for dining in, bathrooms are too small, weird placement of the restaurants and bathrooms. You almost can't even see Burger King when you walk in. Everything is super tight and awkward. Come on NYS, you can do better. I have wrote off this Chic Fil A, it's not worth the headache anymore for me to even stop. Tim"

"This restaurant is located inside one of the newer rest stops on I-90 in NY. They were moderately busy when we stopped around 6 PM several weeks ago. The attitude of the girl taking orders wasn't pleasant. The staff working the order counter and coordinating meals was one hot mess. I would have called the entire scene "organized chaos", but I saw very little organization in getting meals to the line of customers waiting for their orders. There's nothing fast about this "fast-food" restaurant. We waited 15 minutes just to get two chicken sandwiches, some waffle fries, and two beverages. The chicken sandwiches tasted OK but were very small, the container of waffle fries was only half-full, and those fries were barely cooked. I decided not address the issues with the people at the counter because I knew it would be pointless and time consuming. The atmosphere here was fine and there was some seating available. Our two small-ish orders with beverages totaled $29.50 with tax. I don't know where people get the idea that Chick-fil-A is reasonably priced or even a good value for their money. A few dollars more will buy you two full dinners at restaurants elsewhere. Our first (and last) time eating here. Thanks for reading."

"I recently stumbled upon a Chick-fil-A at an Applegreen rest area during my road trip from New York to Canada, and it was an absolute delight! I don't frequently eat at Chick-fil-A, but this experience was perfect in many ways. The location is incredibly convenient for travelers, offering a much-needed break from the long drive. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and friendliness. Sean, who assisted me, provided exceptional service. He was super nice and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. His kindness and efficiency were truly impressive. I ordered the Spicy Chicken Sandwich combo meal, and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received my order. Despite the usual hustle and bustle of a rest area, my food was ready in just about 5 minutes. The sandwich was delicious – perfectly cooked and flavorful, just what I needed to recharge for the rest of my journey. However, the fries were a little stale for my liking and a bit too salty, but overall, they were okay. This Chick-fil-A location is a perfect pit stop for anyone traveling along this route. The service is outstanding, the food is reliably good, and the convenience can't be beat. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!"

"This outlet is expensive (probably because it’s paying an ‘extortion tax’ to the state of New York for being on the Thruway). Bigger problem: it must be inadequately staffed. We waited a frustrating 40 minutes for dinner. It was a late dinner, not what I would consider peak dining time (after 8 PM). On a bright note, the quality and perfection that is the Chick-fil-A chicken nugget, almost made it all 100% better, once the food finally arrived."
