"They called me to offer 1500 extra to my already existing non secured loan, so I say sure, then they do a hard inquiry on my credit only to tell me, they wanna use my vehicle for collateral. They are bottom feeders and will never do business with them again!!!"

"Everything was fine until I went to refinance the loan with a different financial institution. They were very unhelpful with getting the title to me/other bank. They refused to email it. Can only fax it, but their fax machine doesn't usually work. Heather said she would mail it to me, but I never received it. So I had to go to Secretary of State and pay to get a new title. It seems they're trying to make it difficult/prevent me from taking the loan to a bank with a much better interest rate. Heather did NOT provide the customer service that I expected. I would not do business with or recommend this bank to a friend."
