"Travis does great work in the field, but the office side of things has been steadily degrading over the years. They recommended chemicals that ended up clogging our filters. They finally realized to mention it the second time around but the damage was done. Was charged full price for the second set of filters that years despite their bad advice. Don't even talk to me about the unannounced, unapologetic travel charge that came out of nowhere over a year ago. Shameful on the office side once again."

"I don’t know if they are just trying to go out of business or if they have commercial accounts and do not care about residential customers but I’ve had enough of the inconsistency. Never open on time, doesn’t answer phone. I have been buying my pool products from them for the last 2 years and it’s always like this the only reason I’ve put up with it this long is I like their products and I can’t find online. The lady that works is nice but who I believe to be the owner seems to be bothered by anyone that comes in. Headed to Jan and Jeff’s to give them a try."

"I truly don’t think I have personally dealt with a more unprofessional business. It is really said when a company quotes you a price, comes to your house, says they performed what they advised, but did only a fraction of what was quoted. Cameras don’t lie, people do. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. TRAVIS (No last name) is extremely unprofessional. Save your time and money and use a different company for your pool needs. If I could give them zero stars I would. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully this will stop them from scamming people."

"I have purchased merchandise at Outdoors for over 20 years. I purchased my first pool in 2001 and replaced it in 2015. All of my pool supplies over this period were obtained from Outdoors. In addition I have bought ski equipment for myself and my four children since the 1990’s. Yesterday I tried to buy shock for my pool. The store is supposed to be open from 10:00-6:00. Between 10 and 11 am I went to the store 3 times. It was closed. I called. It went to voicemail. Today I had better luck. I went in and asked for 6 cases of shock. The clerk asked me why I wanted so much (I just don’t like making repeated trips to Uniontown) but she rang me up and asked a gentleman to get the boxes to my car. He looked at me and said in a very rude tone, “Who are YOU?” The clerk told him I was a customer. He then went into a rant about the thieves who came into the store and paid $100 and took out $300 worth of merchandise. I was appalled. I told him I felt he was being rude. He did apologize but said it was because he had never seen me before. I replied that he likely would never see me again. He said he was now in charge of running the store. He needs some lessons in human relations. Customers don’t appreciate being treated in this manner if you want to keep their business."

"BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE!!! I went here looking for someone to work on my hot tub. They told me they were busy, but would get to me in 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I never heard from them, so I went back. They acted like they had never seen me before, and told me 3 more weeks. Am I not as important as your other customers? Is my money not green? Totally unacceptable. Thanks for nothing."
