"It's a shame there is no one at the register to check you out if you're one end of the store you have to walk completely to the under other end of the store to check out why this is no one knows but it's not a happy experience going to shop here I would recommend going to a small business owner"

"Liz and rich went the extra mile, I bought the marsh monster from the display, picked it up and when I got home I for the life of me could not get it together. I brought it back the next day and was going to return it because I had enough with that thing, well they took the time out of their day to put it together, (I realllly didn’t want to return I literally could not for the life of me build it) after they built it for me, they then loaded it into my truck, (I had a good bit of stuff in the bed of my truck then they proceeded to move my stuff with with me) THEN they strapped it down. While having a positive attitude. Thank you so much Liz and rich!! They definitely need to be recognized and appreciated because that right there was the best customer service I have EVER received. :) THANK YOU TO THE BOTH OF YOU"

"Every time I try to call regarding appliances that I purchased, no one answers the phone. When I finally did get an answer, I was told all my appliances I ordered were delivered to the store. Weeks later, I was told the refrigerator that I ordered was no longer made. ???? I thought it was in the store. Home Depot did give me another refrigerator, but after looking it up, the reviews were a little concerning. People complained that the ice makers leak and cause flooding."
