"Expensive, uber is cheaper. I was to return the car at 2pm and pulled in at 201 because of traffic. A guy was waiting there with a mean look and was a complete jerk. Turns out he works for zip car and said it was personal use. Sighed and wined the entire time I was rushing to grab my stuff out. Did the math and uber would have been 10 cheaper even for the long trip. Paid 85 to drive myself 6 hours and got verbally abused by the employee regional director because there is no buffer between rental times."
