"I am sharing this cause I was in this location Tuesday night. I put my clothes in to wash and I proceeded to walk to the store because it was a beautiful night for half hour that my clothes were washing. I have done this on so many occasions. I have realized that from my clothes my Lyft work jacket and a pair of black shorts are missing from my laundry! I know their are cameras in that location and I am also aware that they do have a sign up stating they are not responsible for missing or stolen items if left unattended. But I felt I should you know what happened to pretend this from future instances. I have using this laundry mat for the past two years and never had a problem before. And the only people that were there at the time were the three people that work there, were at times they have made people feel uncomfortable because they come in talking about shooting people, fighting, and other inappropriate things that even though it is a laundromat is still a place of business a couple that had came and left as was, and a mother and her child."

"The counter and customer service was excellent. When told that clothing needed cleaned for our brother's wedding offers and suggestions to accommodate us were greatly appreciated and received. My dress and husband's two piece linen shirt and pants set was perfect."

"I hated that place so bad. I used to go there all the time but one day when I went there I had lost my money in the coin machine because the money was ripped in half and I had taped it but when I had contacted the owner of the facility, he had called me a liar and said there was nothing he can do not to mention the machines are VERY EXPENSIVE and the dryers are junk to use. The heating elements need replaced and he won't even do that. I recommend going to the laundromat on Chartiers Ave right down the street."

"Nice quiet place to do laundry. They are a bit on the expensive side. Small washers start at $2.50 per load. The dryers operate for 6 minutes on one quarter. They have triple load washers starting at 18 quarters per load and even offer much larger washer options which u will pay a premium for. Otherwise it's a clean, friendly place to get some clothes washed. The also have drop off service and a dry cleaning service."
