"Called this service and a man showed up next day(a Sat). Looked at my water damage/mold.He said his company could take out damaged areas but they do not do restoration. (except I needed a new piece of floor under a toilet) He said they can put the wood down but a plumber is needed to cut holes and put things back. He said he could start the next day, I was like great-How much, he replied I do not know the office is not open till Monday. I told him I need a price. He said that usually they work with insurance companies, which is fine but I have money already, so again he said Monday they will send it to me me immediately on Monday. Monday came, about noon I call and the company said oh give them half hour and they will send it, I call back at 3, they say the original guy was suppose to call and go over it with me, I said he did not, they said now they will send the estimate, it is Friday no estimate, no call so I assume they want to work with insurance companies to get every dollar they can without making a commitment, I would advise you to stay clear, the whole ordeal was suspicious."

"Two guys came in after waiting three days from our flooding. I was surprised how quick they were able to do the cleaning and I realized some of the that had gotten wet (wine bottles, chairs, tables) hadn't even been moved. I didn't think anything of it until our insurance got our bill $7000 after being assured it would cost much less. There were no surprises found so there was no reason to for the bill to be so much higher than promised. I just looked at some of the stuff that was not moved and I can see dirt and grime on them from the flood. Do not use this company."

"I truly cannot say how wonderful Kelsey, Bobbi, Steve and your entire work crews have been during a chaotic time. I would like to highlight Dakota and his colleagues. They did everything they could to make the “river” situation less stressful and do the right thing. You folks made it easy to communicate with, along with that your sense of urgency to get the job right while being safe was outstanding. Thank you for being a honest business and having the utmost professional integrity during our time of working together."

"Two workers. Four hours of work. A $4,000 surprise bill. When I asked for an explanation, I was told it was reviewed and was in line with work performed and would not be altered. Of course when I went line by line, they admitted to double charging me for labor. As an example of the crazy charges, They refused to refund a $600 “fuel” charge (apparently it cost them $600 in gas to drive to my house in Pittsburgh….yeah right). Beware if you plan to self-pay. State Farm told me they will never recommend this company and only covered half the bill. No surprise, they are not accredited through BBB. Two stars because the actual workmanship was acceptable."

"The staff were all helpful and professional, especially Ryan. Efficient and clean and thorough. Ryan was knowledgeable about the field of restoration and was excellent, treating us well while we're having a difficult and stressful situation. Highly recommend."
