"I went to Mr. Chess (he is not befitting the title doctor) for a second opinion on my renal nutcracker syndrome. During the appointment he made it a point to tell me my pain and symptoms were not “severe enough” and would only refer to the prior physicians notes. He also spoke to the other person in the room more than myself, the patient and bragged about his skills as a surgeon. I left without a second opinion, still in pain, and made to feel insignificant by a rude, unprofessional “physician”."
