"I loved workin with the SSS, it was so convenient being available 24 hours a day. I feel you were able to do your exercises accurately and because of the limits selected for that particular exercise, your were not able to hurt yourself. I would overwhelmingly recommend using it!"

"Definitely, would not recommend!! They charged $462 for a simple walking boot. I called several times to verify insurance & told them how to file the primary & secondary coverage. They promised to call back within a day several times & never followed through. I always had to reach out to them. I have detailed notes of who I spoke with & their various responses. The last time I spoke with them they said the bill was sent out to insurance & I should wait for them to send an updated statement before paying. Well, several months later I got a notice from a collection agency. They still didn’t file it with the insurance companies properly. I called the insurance myself & got them to cover a significant amount of the bill. Then I paid the remaining balance to the collection agency. They sent me another bill several mos after it was paid. They definitely need some help figuring out how to submit claims to insurance companies. They did not follow through as they stated they would on the phone several times. I work in the medical field & thankfully I could contact the insurance company myself & figure out how to get the payment from them. For the amount they charge, they should be able to file claims & update you with new statements. They took the easy route & just sent the bill to collections :("
