"Michael is excellent! He is knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and relentlessly motivating. I started using his personal training services 3 months ago, and I have never been a gym person. I ran for fun, but stopped because of pain. I’m back to running and doing it injury free, and with a much stronger base than I’ve ever had. He creates fun and dynamic workouts for groups and individuals and always takes the time to explain each movement. During the workout, he gives great cues to correct form. The gym is a beautiful space with plenty of equipment, and it’s a friendly and welcoming environment to exercise in. When I’m strapped for childcare, I bring one or both kids with me —this was huge for my consistency! I have never been this strong, or this confident in my strength before. "Training here has been a game changer. Michael will push you to be the best version of yourself at the gym. It’s definitely not your normal gym, from how you train to his upbeat personality and encouragement (it even involves a megaphone with a strobe light on special occasions!!) my daughter and I train together and it’s also a great way for us to bond while there. He’ll go over goals, I take of food/drinks, meal planning and helps you stay on track! Couldn’t ask for a better gym and trainer and Bespoke is an asset to Morgantown."
