"Mary Pat was more interested in pushing a sale than protecting her seller. I hired Mary Pat to sell my house, and it was anything but smooth. She recommended her personal plumber to clear a blockage, which reportedly broke an underground pipe, but somehow no video evidence could be produced of how it broke or that it is broken at all. The original inspector returned to assess the pipe again, and no break could be found! He said the pipe passes inspection, but Mary Pat insisted on hiring her plumber for this $17,000 job. A second, unrelated plumber confirmed no problem with the pipe, but with Mary Pat already telling the buyer about HER plumber's finding, the buyer insisted on fixing this non-issue. Mary Pat pushed this work so she could close on the house. Ultimately, I paid for the work so I could put it behind me, but she never protected me in this process. I'd never recommend Mary Pat Petrarca to a seller."
