When I called, Brian, Jessica's husband, answered, and I scheduled everything over the phone. I specifically requested that the notarized papers be returned to me via scan, to which Brian assured me it wouldn't be a problem. However, on the day of the signing, someone other than Brian or Jessica was sent to handle the notary signing. Despite this, the signing was completed, and I promptly made the payment of $95. After several days passed, I followed up regarding the scans, only to receive a response stating that my email didn't specify that I wanted the papers scanned, so they were left with the signee. I was extremely disappointed with this level of service. If you choose to do business with them, ensure that you get every detail in writing. This experience served as a valuable lesson for me."
