History:

Founded in 1991 by Raymond J. Sammartino and Harry E. Mueller, Jr., the firm originally operated as Sammartino & Mueller, Inc. Following Mr. Mueller's retirement in 2006, the firm was rebranded as Sammartino & Stout, Inc. In 2016, with the addition of Sergio S. Lo Presti, the firm was renamed Sammartino, Stout & Lo Presti, Inc. In 2021, we expanded our services by taking over the non-residential client base of Mr. Jim Reed of Reed Appraisal Services, following his retirement.
