"Danielle Hitson is one of the most unprofessional real estate agents I've encountered in a long time. I work with countless agents as a home inspector/real estate investor on a daily basis and have never had so hard of a time getting in contact with someone. The receptionists that I talked to were very kind and help I must note. I called Friday March 25th, Monday March 28th, Tuesday March 29th and Wednesday March 30th left a message with the receptionist to have the agent reach out with more information about the propety(no property info was listed on MLS) and to step up a time to view it. Danielle was emailed and a text message was sent to her with my contact info by the receptionist. Not until Wednesday did I hear anything back, I was contacted not by phone, not by email but a text message saying" Received a message from my office about your inquiry, I will keep your name and number if anything happens. Thanks". Never said the property just went under contract or even her name. Not only did we miss out on the opportunity to purchase the property because of negligence, in my eyes(for what it's worth) Piatt Sotheby's Agency is not reliable. I never did get a response back to question is the property pending either lol"
