"Do not hire this woman. Hello, I found Gina to be a totally unacceptable real estate agent both in her professional judgement and her total lack of manners. I hired Gina to sell my Pittsburgh row house. While initially I thought her aggressiveness in her personality could be managed but that was not the case. She recommended listing my home at a very, very low price then when offers came in she was over aggressive in demanding I accept one. None of the three offers I got was anywhere where they should have been. When I dared to push back on her a bit she started yelling at me on the phone. I hung up on her and basically gave up on her at that point. When I wouldn’t take her over aggressive and rude calls she started threatening me in emails telling me that I was going to get sued if I did t accept an offer. I have all the emails and will publish here shortly. The broker seemed to protect her but I agreed to go to another agent in the office who was professional. I did have to force up the offer that stayed in the game but was still short of the price I wanted to be. It’s my own fault for hiring her and then accepting a way too low list price. I had listed about 10 months earlier at too high a list price. So lesson learned don’t list too high and don’t list too low. I do not recommend Gina gianpietro at all!"
