"I worked with a great team from Rainbow Restoration of Youngstown. I contacted Allstate after my home was damaged by water, and they sent out this team to handle the cleanup. The team members, Jarred Monaco, John, Anthony, and Isiah, were all very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. They explained the cleanup process in detail and answered all of my questions with compassion and understanding. They handled all my belongings with great care, moving and covering them with plastic as needed. They were very respectful of my home, treating it as if it were their own. They understood that I work from home and needed to know their expected arrival and departure times. They made appointments for specific days and times and showed up promptly. Additionally, they would always call me 30 minutes before arriving, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience working with this team. I am pleased with the services provided and thankful that my insurance company contracts with this outstanding team of professionals. The team at Allstate- Jason Durica-Cortland, Ohio are great examples of "you are in good hands with Allstate." It is evident to me that they contract with others who share similar business values and commitments."

"This company was very friendly and very professional. They were on time and communicated very well to set up times to come the house to get the job done. They were able to come out the day after my basement flooded and worked that day to get all the wet carpet and items out and cleaned up to prevent odor. They also kept me informed of the process of cleaning the basement would go so I would know what the next step was in getting my basement fixed. They did an excellent job cleaning up the basement. They asked me multiple times if I had any questions and they were able to answer all the questions that I had. Mike was always polite and timely in returning our calls. Gary and Jenna did a great job answering any questions, were on time, and were very kind. I would highly recommend this company for water cleanup."
"My insurance company had this company come out to give an estimate for a water damage repair. The guy didn’t show up when originally scheduled. When he finally got to the house the next day the estimate was fine and he was nice but he told us they treat water damage as an emergency and he will get his crew out right away. He scheduled a time to come out and mitigate the situation and I rearranged my work schedule to be home to let them in. After he didn’t call and didn’t show TWICE I ended up calling my insurance adjuster and he contacted a different company called National Fire and Water. Within ten minutes they called me back and came out within an hour. The mitigation job was completed the next day. Please - if your company doesn’t want the job just SAY that to the customer. Don’t lead us on and make us miss work for you to just not show up and not call twice. Poor communication and service and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! They completely wasted my time. Save yourself the headache and go with National Fire and Water."
