"The service person Russ was outstanding. I had no appointment because my fob didn’t work and i was having problems starting my car. He squeezed me in and was very understanding. In and out in less than 2 hours. I consider that outstanding customer service."

"The phone call asking if I wanted to get our oil change done was fine. Polite and courteous. Was told it would take 45 mins to an hour. We arrived on time and while in the waiting room a women ahead of us was getting upset because her hover was running behind in time. I figured ours would also. However it took approx 2&1/2 hours to get finished. We were never notified that there was a delay and never offered an apology. And if that wasn't bad enough, when we got to our car there were oil prints all over. Several hand prints on the hood, doors, (why the back doors we don't know). There were prints on the dashboard door handles in and out, radio and steering wheel. In all our years of owning a car we never had an experience like this while getting an oil change. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the booking call was good."

"Took my car in for an oil change at 2:45, wasn’t done until after 5:00! An oil change simply does not take that long. They need to hire more staff or work more efficiently. Took the whole day to get an oil change. Wild."

"Had a nail in my tire on my way to work, I called and they told me drop it off and we’ll take you to work (down the street) and bring your (blue trailblazer rs) back to you when we are done with it! They had to put a whole new tire on it, because of the placement of the nail. Got it done and back to me by the time I was ready to leave work! Definitely glad I got the suv insurance coverage for things like this! Great business!"

"I’ve been dealing with an issue since June, still not resolved . My seat folds on me. They keep saying it’s something I’m doing it’s my fault. So they are telling me when I come out from a store and my seat is folded and I have to put it back into a drivable position is my fault. So disgusted with this place. I bought 4 cars from them. NEVER AGAIN"
