Burger King 1820 East Carson Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203

"This store had most of the pop options were out. You had to ask for napkins there is none out from behind the counter. They charge you 10cents beg fee for each meal. Even if u don't need that many bags we were charged 50cents for 5 bags and they only used 3 and didn't even need 3 for our order 1 big bag would have been enough anything to squeeze more money out of you. That's on top of paying the 30cents for each sauce u need if not getting nuggets or mozzarella sticks or if you need extra sauce. U also have to ask for the ketchup there is none out. This is by far the worst burger King I have ever been to."

"I've never been to a fast food restaurant that cared less. Dirty, workers don't care in the slightest and the order is ridiculously wrong even after you correct them several times while ordering a simple order. A new manager would probably solve all the issues."

"This place is a joke. Order a regular chicken no lettuce add cheese. Look at the picture no cheese, complete different bun and the amount of mayo makes the sandwich un edible. Thanks BK for the waste of 7.30 for a sandwich that’s completely wrong and un edible. Seriously what type of person/worker are you to think that’s something to serve a paying customer."

"Had to cancel multiple orders on DoorDash and made customers very upset because the store is essentially “closed” at random points during the day. The staff are completely incompetent and do even have the professionalism to close the store for pickup/delivery. These people have paid for this food and it’s disgusting to see them get ripped off. 0/5 stars, never order here"
