"We were working on a load from NE to Mid-West with Rich. It was a Friday and flatbed load and a lot of things weren't going the way we were hoping for. Richard took care of my driver for all the extra hassle/labor and just PITA in general. Driver had to stop multiple times to readjust straps and tarps to get this thing there safely, so we all know how much fun that was. Treating people as your partners not adversaries will go a long way. That Friday could have went sideways for all of us, but you reap what you sow."
