PNC Bank

"This bank will not exchange rolled coins for paper currency if you do not have an account with them. They also will not exchange larger currency for smaller domination. Seriously??? Are they not a Bank??? If they don't want to do banking transactions, maybe they shouldn't be a bank...."

"Terrible service, not the first time I’ve had a bad experience. Not sure if they just have one lady working the counter but when you have a line maybe you should i don’t know move faster and not slack or a simple “i’ll be right with you guys” works too. They wont accept rolled coins to paper money and good luck getting smaller bills there as well. Time to hire more professional personal id say or even maybe have a least two people work there."

"PNC as a whole is one big shyster establishment. First they did away with the free checking accounts, now they did away with the first $100 of checks deposited in your account. They replaced it with "express funds" with your mobile deposits, BUT THERE'S A 2% FEE. Just a bunch of crooks and all around slimy business people. Awful people, one step up from actual demons. Someone in the corporate office must've sold their soul. I hope you burn in hell for your demonic business practices."

"Horrible customer service I went through the ATM drive thru and it didn't accept all my cash and prompted me take some out as I did it ate the rest of the cash and did not deposit in my account . I've went in side try and resolve it somebody was suppose to call me back and I've still yet get a call. Also called them 3 times with no return calls"
