Welcome to Slippery Rock Raceway Inc. located at 198-138 Cemetery Road, Slippery Rock, Pennsylvania 16057, United States. We are your premier destination for exhilarating kart racing, providing a fun-filled, family-oriented environment. Our raceway features a 1/8 mile oval clay track, perfect for both amateur and seasoned kart racers.
Owned and operated by Mike McFeaters, Slippery Rock Raceway Inc. hosts races every other Sunday from April through October. Gates open at 10 AM, with Hot Laps starting at 12 PM and racing kicking off at 1 PM. Drivers can join the action for a $25 entry fee, while spectators can enjoy the excitement for just $10. Please note that the pill draw stops at Noon.
Our racing classes cater to a variety of ages and skill levels, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate. Here's a glimpse at our class lineup:
- Red Predator: Ages 7-12, Weight 225 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
- Squirts: Ages 5-8, Weight 200 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
- Over 35 Clone: Ages 35 , Weight 350 lbs, governed by AKRA rules.
- Rookie Clone: Ages 7-12, Weight 250 lbs, governed by AKRA rules.
- Rookie Predator: Ages 7-12, Weight 250 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
- Junior Clone: Ages 12-15, Weight 300 lbs, governed by AKRA rules.
- Junior Predator: Ages 12-15, Weight 300 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
- Senior Clone Heavy: Ages 15 , Weight 400 lbs, governed by AKRA rules.
- Senior Clone: Ages 15 , Weight 350 lbs, governed by AKRA rules.
- Predator: Ages 15 , Weight 350 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
- Sr Predator Heavy: Ages 15 , Weight 400 lbs, governed by WPKA rules.
