"This bank used to be so nice and friendly and helpful. Today cameron let it show that he was very annoyed with me being there or i was beneath him or whatever caused the attitude. Ive also never had anyone so meticulously check to make sure my 20’s were real. Anyways he proceeded to not know how to count 1’s and did it so loudly that the whole bank knew how much i was leaving with. Sloppy day at pnc today i guess. "As I was in line for the drive through bank today I had the unfortunate experience of hearing one of your wonderful bank tellers being SCREAMED at by some woman. I just wanted to commend the bank teller on keeping her cool with the woman, and trying everything she could to appease her. You did a great job under pressure!!"

"Not sure where people are having a bad experience at this bank. I've been banking with them for my business for 6 months and go in there frequently for deposits and change. Everyone is always very friendly, always greeting me at the door and the tellers always do a great job with everything I need. Anytime I need to speak to someone regarding my accounts, loans or anything, they are right on top of everything, answer my questions fully and generally go out of their way to the care of me. I've had employees stop by my business to get things signed or drop off items for me even. I never have any issues contacting someone specific at the branch either. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone."
