"BE AWARE when thinking about this credit union Over the past 18 years with this credit Union the service has diminished. Direct deposits do not deposit into the account until 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning. If there's money coming out the night of direct deposit they withdrawal the amount first which could cause overdrafts. They also withdrawal the largests amount first then they withdrawal the little amounts. This can cause excessive overdraft fees with the amount of money that should have been able to cover all of it. Example, They have personally charged overdraft fees on my daughter's account $90 for three small amounts of $0.99 $1.25 and $1.30 on a night that she had direct deposit for a check being deposited in the account because they withdrawal the money at 12:30 a.m. but did not deposit her check before 8:00 a.m."

"Been a member for years and was always pleased until this recent year . Members service has gone down horribly . My husband has had several fraud charges on his debt card non of his fault . His account was hacked several times by the same company . Every time he had to pay a 10 dollar fee to replace card . He asked the bank to block the company from being able to make further transactions . The last time was approx 2 mths ago . We have been waiting for a new debt card for 2 mths . We have reached out to the bank several times and we are always told they will send out a new card right away but today when i called i had them tell me that they are not going to issue him a new debit card . They will issue him a atm card only because hes had several fraud charges . This has to be the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard them say . I asked to talk to a manger she put me on hold and then got back on and said ill transfer you to manager and i got transferred right into voicemail . Im over it and will not be banking there any longer"

"This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever been a member of. I’ve been a member for 13 years only because it’s my works credit union. I also had my mother join. She recently got had them take over a home equity loan which was the most painful process and took about 5 months. Nobody there seems to know what they’re doing. There is an issue with the loan of which there is an extra monthly charge that we have no idea why. She called last week and the teller didn’t know anything but assured her that someone would call her back the next day. One week later and nobody has called. This is the normal round around we get with this establishment. Mr “Owner” I assure YOU that all costs were relayed to me before signing. She was told exactly what the payments would be, it is shown on the paper work. The extra amount is not. It is my parents loan, I live in their house so it is directly connected to me. At no point did anyone explain that there would be an extra loan protection cost. As far as the whole process goes, we were aware of these “challenges”. There was more than one person working on this at once and some of the questions asked, they did not even know answers to. There is also incorrect information on the papers that were singed that were supposed to be corrected and sent another copy. Very poor communication. All she asked for was a simple explanation to figure out where to go from there, is it fair to have to wait weeks when your told you WILL be contacted the next day? Is that too high an expectation?? Instead of being passive aggressive toward me, you should be asking your staff why it takes weeks to get back to someone…"

"Getting in contact with people here seems to be very difficult. They appear to be unorganized and I have been nothing but dissapointed with my entire experience through this company."

"I’m financing a vehicle through USX because their rates are some of the best. My payment is due on the 10 of every month. This week I work until about 5pm so it makes it impossible to make it up to the Cranberry, PA location by 4:30. So today, Friday I was able to get an early release at 3:45 and rushed up to credit union. It’s about a 40 min drive to the nearest USX location which is in Cranberry, PA as I stated above. I pulled up to the Drive-Thru window at 4:29pm to make my deposit. I called in and someone answered my call, “Hello”. I said, “Hi, can I make a quick deposit into my account. I just drove 40 minutes to get here and I don’t want get penalized for not making a payment on time.” Her response was, “I’m sorry to hear that but we’re closed..” I asked if she could make just one exception and take my payment. “Sorry, we’re closed” once again. Extremely upset because I KNOW she was able to do it if she really wanted to. I was already having not so good of a day and she made it worse by not accepting my payment because I was a minute late.. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt some type of disrespect from this specific location. I hope that rep has a great weekend.."
