"What are horrific experience for a young lady with intellectual disabilities. She’s been unable to access her account or cash her paychecks with them in months. Not a single person she has spoken to has attempted to help her in any way. Not only were they unwilling to provide her the information that they need for her to be able to access her account, once we were able to figure out what that information was, we attempted to have it faxed to their location in Zelienople and Melissa was unwilling to provide the fax number to her, stating that “their fax doesn’t always work”. You would think that Melissa would at least try to help her and provide the number in the off chance that this time it actually worked, if that information was even true. You should be ashamed of yourself and ashamed of the poor quality of care you offer to your customers."
