"Great place to deal with. Previously Kennedy Space Center Storage. Management has been easy and helpful dealing with. Rental space is more than adequate! Have never had an issue and payments are auto drafted monthly making it super easy! Give them a try!!"
"Aweful. So ill begin with the good. My mother passed away Christmas eve, so the next week I call them, get the unit number, code to the door, and make a partial payment on the current balance. All good. March comes along, the people hadn't taken any payments off the card I provided, I told them the amount I had available at any given time to take and start paying her, her balance down, out of good gesture to pay her bills. Now, today, after having 3 declined card charges of over 300 dollars which were illegitimate charges, I get a 546 dollar bill in the mail. They're trying to collect payment on an empty unit for 3 months, and have continued to charge a card. When you call, it goes straight to voicemail. Ive called every week for 3 months leaving a voicemail for whoever runs the joint. Theres no office, there was a maintenance guy there the day I moved out which I handed my move out note too, and even he didn't give me any departure paperwork or any direction on the way things are ran there. So. Bad business, no correspondence, no courtesy or customer service so kike, idk whats going on there or if the number Google provides is wrong but both number I call and leave voicemail with seem to just get ignored."
"Great learning experience for the whole family. The bus tour is a must. It takes you to the launching sites and main buildings. It's about 1 hr for the whole tour. The shuttle simulator was amazing as well. Really liked the lunar module movie."
