"FIRST NOTE: In no way, shape, or form am I a "Karen"... this is just my experience. Everything with this service went extremely well all of the way up to the day we landed and went to pick up our vehicle. The woman at the front desk initially tried charging me again (it warns you about this on their website and to have your receipt and confirmation code available so this doesn't happen) but didn't in the long run. The young man who was chauffeuring the bus was incredibly kind and respectful. The day we picked up however, the older gentleman was not having a good day, that was incredibly obvious by his sarcastic remarks towards the dispatchers after they would come across the scanner. I paid, in advance for OVER the amount of time our vehicle was there. We were late dropping off and early picking up. However, I was told we were not paid in full. When I tried to get an understanding of why we were being charged more, the angry old man started to get smart with me until I showed him my paid in full receipt. At that time, he honestly could not give me a reason as to why I needed to pay more. I stated that because he was having a bad day did not mean he should be rude to people using their services. I ended up paying the additional money just to get away from the situation. I attempted to reach out to the CEO via text & email (they request this online and when you call, they inform you they do not check their voicemail anymore). I only got random responses through text. Again, pricing was great, front woman lady was understanding, our young driver was respectful. However, if you get cashier 1112, watch out. I was saddened when 2 fellow employees stated, "we know, we have to work with him all day" & "you should've seen him yesterday"."
