"So, I’ve had 3 orders delivered to my house by this company. All 3 times the driver delivering has called me and given me an estimated time and asked where I would like it put. Nothing damaged all 3 times. And the first time, I wasn’t home and my dad went to my house to get it inside and the driver helped him get it in my house. Have always been super nice. Never received anything damaged. Love it!"

"They damaged a package and now I have to wait a week for them to come get it so I can get a refund. Here we are a week later and they gave me a 8 HOUR WINDOW FOR PICK UP! Now I'm stuck at home and now on hold for 15 min trying to get some sort of eta"

"No over night parking .When you check in Driver have to call The Phone no on the call box After you check in Go to door 51 and 52 Which is at back of the building .Go and fill the form and they will give you door .Drop your trailer and park your truck and once you get loaded or unloaded will get a call"

"Dispatch office is good they told me my trailer is loaded and they already told yard guy to move when i asked yard guy his like ill tell you when is ready i called the shipping again they said its ready but looks like yard guy is the boss"
