"Yes, let’s change the metered time of our lots and street parking, not post any signage to inform business owners and residents. Then ticket people who have no reason to check the meter because they’ve been parking there routinely. Oh and then let’s make sure that our online payment option doesn’t have a dispute option, the contact us option doesn’t have an email address attached and we change a fee for online servicing. Clearly they strive for nothing but the best at this business. Even average competency won’t do for them. No sir not the bridgeville parking authority. Oh I’m sorry did I forget to mention that our legal company name is different then what we display. Well that’s just all part of our awesome package -an conversation that was clearly had by their leadership"
"I had the same experience as Jon Kern. The paystation app kept saying 'Connecting' for about 3 minutes, then it went back to asking you to input your license number. I just left, thinking I might pay twice if I tried again. Of course, ANY decent computer app will tell you something like, 'Sorry, did not work, try again.' PLEASE fix your paystation app! UPDATE-- They called back today and dismissed the ticket. On reflection, it's neither their fault nor mine that the paystation program flubs up once in a while. The programmer responsible for the app needs to fix it so it displays appropriate messages though. I am still afraid I can give no more than 3 stars, since I called twice that day and got an answering machine. Nor was anyone in the office. They seem to be understaffed. Maybe it's a one man operation."
"Update: My call was returned the following day. They apologized for the issue. They dismissed the fine and the Pango app was recommended. Good service and I changed my review from 1 star to 4. I stuck my card in the machine and it acted like it processed by saying "connecting" for a while then went back to the home screen. 90 minutes into the 2:40 minutes I thought I paid for and there's a ticket on my window. No answer at the office. Just a fine for something I thought I paid for. I followed every instruction I was given."
"They’re ticketing again! The price is up to $7 now. You can pay online with a card for another $2.50 “convenience” fee. The ticket itself is now a printed receipt. You have to go to the office for a payment envelope. Good luck!"
"How about a sign or notice that the meters have been replaced by a paystation to park . I go there often and had thought they just eliminated pay parking since the meters were removed only to find a ticket on my window . After looking around I notice a newly installed machine at the entrance but no signs anywhere as a courtesy to let people know what's going on . And no warning on my window but a ticket . It's not the $7 but the point , what a bunch of crooks ."
