"Since Nick Huber AKA Sweatystartup took over, my rent more than doubled. He did nothing to improve service or the facility. If you want a place that claims they have a secure facility but in reality has a gate that doesn't work, look no further. If you want to walk through ankle deep water to get to your unit, this is the place for you. The facility is not even close to secure. There is a fence with a gate on Talley Rd but the gate hasn't worked in years. Also, it's easy to gain access to the property without even going through the gate. There appear to be 2 security cameras right above the office but that's it. I was told the rent increased because the property taxes went up. However when I look at the county property tax records the taxes only went up $150. My rent increase alone would pay that property tax in 4 months, now multiply that rent increase by the dozens of units that are there and they are rolling in money but not putting it into making repairs. They lure you in with a low ball offer and put you on a month to month contract so they can raise the rent without much notice. Avoid this place."
"Clean unit... good price for the size needed, and at close location. It was a bit hard to get the door open...at first. The "roads" throughout the storage area are wet and muddy."
"Just be prepared to have mouse droppings ALL of your stuff. Huge mouse infestation. It is not secured, the gates always open and it’s not even fully gated around the area. Found a mouse while moving my stuff. Had to throw away most of my stuff bc it was covered in feces. I confronted them about it and they informed me it’s their first time hearing about it yet there is a review from a couple months ago. Acting like w they’re taking care of things when they are not and could care less."
