"Booked with this company three days in advance. Taxi never showed even after calling the company when the taxi was 20 minutes late. Had to scramble to arrange alternate transportation. The assigned drive called and hour after the scheduled pickup time. Said she a had just received the fare from the company and apologized."

"I have no problems with any drivers I had. I have use Janie alot and had no problems. She is very friendly and always very helpful and polite. And I will always use her."

"Jane's a problem! She tells people to keep her number and call her and when you call her she'll tell you in 10mins and then calls dispatch to find you another ride when one of her clients call her for a ride. She had my number on the cell because I just got done calling her asking if she could come pick us back up the way she told me too and she waited the entire 10mins and then called dispatch that another driver Tony called my phone asking if I needed a ride. I told him no because Jane NEVER called me and cancelled she just called dispatch to send me another driver. I could of been left at the grocery store with a cart full of groceries and I tip good. *If she's allowed to take "her" clients first and to hell with the business clients then she should not be able to be included in people calling in for rides. Let her get her money from her clients ONLY. She wants to take the calls to make sure she gains money but when her clients call to hell with the business clients and thats a problem. Solomon and Tony aren't thirsty like that. She tells ALL the companies business and relationship of the people and the owner. All the bad reviews is about this problem people taking their clients and to hell with the business clients. Its not "Jane's Cab" its Unique Cabs! Edit: And I don't appreciate Jane calling my phone leaving a message after I write a review. This courtesy phone call should of been done "before" she chose to put her personal client before the business's clientele. I ain't trying to hear it now. This shouldn't be allowed this isn't her business establishment."

"Way too expensive but literally like the only cab company around that seems to still being business or that bothers to answer their phones. People were super nice especially the woman named Jane. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the are which I appreciated as I was new in town visiting. In addition to the ridiculously high prices (compared to NJ where I’m from) , the wait time for a cab was incredibly long each and every time. More than a half hour anytime I called."
