"These pathetic excuses for employees lost every single one of my wedding invites. When I asked how you could possibly lose an entire box of wedding invitations all she could do was shrug her shoulders and say "I don't know." You wonder why people hate dealing with these geniuses."

"I don't know what's worse - not being able to leave negative stars or Reynaldo's attitude. Entirely mind-numbing that after 6 years of consistent 1* reviews (personally mentioning Reynaldo) he still has a job. This review will likely have 0 impact on anything but I figured I could at least pile on the atrocious feedback for arguably the most miserable human being I've ever come in contact with. Against better judgment, I continue to go back in hopes that someone (literally anyone) other than Reynaldo will be there. It has to be truly exhausting being so negative and petty. I've officially hit the point where I will pay more or drive further away to avoid coming in contact with Ebenezer Scrooge behind the counter. I shouldn't have to feel guilty to ask the guy to mail a package for me, lol. I look forward to my next trip to the DMV or encounter with TSA, knowing it's humanly impossible to be a more negative experience than the few interactions I've had with Reynaldo. Also worth mentioning that this is my first-ever 1* review. I hate to be that guy but if I can save one person one encounter with Reynaldo, I'll sleep a little more peacefully at night. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else."

"Never in my life have I had such a terrible experience at the Post Office. As I read the reviews one name (Reynaldo) comes up often. I think it is time management looks at giving him a job that he doesn’t deal with people. Today I took 7 packages that had prepaid labels on them and asked for a receipt. He proceeded to tell me that if I wanted a receipt I needed to use the self check out. I said why and he repeated it. When I arrived I was the only customer in the building. I said I have never heard of such a thing. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was. I just stood there and stared at him for a bit and he refused to even get up from his seat. I really think that was the issue he would have had to get up if he would have provided me with customer service. Ironically we just moved here and the Post Office I used had a self checkout and were 10 times busier than this one. They typically had two and sometimes three people working the counter with a line going out the door. Never once was I ever told that they could not print a receipt and I had to use the self checkout. Time to find a new location or to change who I ship with."

"Beware the middle aged black gentleman who couldn’t pry himself off his phone when I stopped in last week weighed both my packages together at the same time since he’s lazy I guess? I didn’t think anything of it other then he’s lazy anyways fast forward a week Etsy charged me more money for that extra weight on both packages. I didn’t know him weighing them there could do that but it did."

"GO TO THE MOON LOCATION IF YOU CAN, MUCH BETTER!!! The guy who is there regularly is terrible!! The epitome of a government employee who is just there to collect a pay check. Yesterday I said something to him and he couldn’t even acknowledge because he was texting. In another experience he told me mail doesn’t run on Saturdays, ANYWHERE! If I drop off on Saturdays it won’t leave the store until Monday. Their Dropbox advertises the last pickup time on Saturday is 4:00 but apparently it’s all lies. Brought it to his attention and he said it’s above his pay grade. There are several negative reviews about him and I can see why. Fortunately for me i always drop off prepaid packages so communication is very limited."
