"My mother and I purchased 3 plots years ago and they were all paid for. Plots A,B and C. My mother wished to be buried in B since it was closest to a daughter who had died years ago. My husband passed 12 years ago and was supposed to be buried in C. I have paperwork from the cemetary saying he is buried in C. My mother became very ill and I went to the cemetary to make sure everything was in order. I was told they weren't sure exactly where my husband was buried but they would look onto it and get back to me. No one ever did. My mother passed 2 weeks later and I went back to the cemetary and went while they poked the ground to see where my husband was buried. It was in plot B. It was decided my mother would then be buried in C, not where she wanted to be. My mother's funeral was on Saturday at noon and I was told they would be digging the grave that morning and that the machine that usually moved the dirt away from the graveside was broke down and there would be a pile of dirt there. When the funeral procession got to the cemetary we were stopped and had to sit there for 15 minutes. We were given no explanation but I think the grave was not finished being dug. Then we had to drive the whole way around the cemetary on barely passable roads that are washed away and feeling like we were going over the hillside. When we got to the graveside the tools that were being used for digging were all laying in front of the grave and the pall bearers and reverend had to step over them to get to the grave. After we complained the workers drug them away begrudgingly. If my mother had not wanted to be buried there we would have put her back in the hearse and taken her elsewhere. Very, very disrespectful."
"Horrible condition!!! Dead tree branches all over. Roadways are terrible. Holes all over the roads and washed out in many places! Most cars can't manuever through. Embarrassing to families who have loved ones buried there. No maintenance is done there. Many complaints made. Management there doesn't care!"
"I have left messages several times asking for information about where my grandmother is buried. No one returned my calls. I am not going to drive from Ohio and wander around the grounds. How do I get the information?"
"My whole family is interned at this cemetery. And that is where my siblings and I will be. We have prearranged to be cremated and placed in a beautiful granite bench to be near my parents . I have never had any issues with the staff. It is a nice small cemetery."
"Just a raggedy place for your love ones to Rest In Peace! Smh"
